Rick Newton brings more than two decades of experience in the dynamic Fintech space, and his journey includes a remarkable 16-year tenure at Galileo Financial, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership while overseeing software development teams and revolutionary platforms.

Driven by his passion for innovation, Rick is committed to building scalable, stable, and secure Fintech application suites. He plays a pivotal role in spearheading AP Copilot's development and deployment platforms, orchestrating technological advancements that redefine the landscape of financial services. Outside work, he enjoys skiing and motorcycling with his family in Utah's mountains.

Paul’s passion for business, entrepreneurship and the law brought him to AP Copilot, a business unit of Sakon, where he serves as the legal and compliance professional for the business. As General Counsel and Head of Compliance for AP Copilot, Paul also serves as the General Counsel of Global Sourcing Group Inc. d/b/a Sakon (“Sakon”), which owns and operates AP Copilot. Before joining Sakon, Paul was a successful litigator and trial attorney in federal courts across the USA.

Apart from the practice of law, Paul devotes time to his family and the young athletes in his community. Coupling his experience as an NCAA Division 1 lacrosse player with his ability to motivate and teach young athletes, many of Paul’s youth lacrosse players have gone on to successful collegiate careers. When not on the turf with his players, Paul is on the ocean fishing the waters from Boston Harbor to Cape Cod.

At AP Copilot, Anis has played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity framework, and compliance posture, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that empower business growth. A strategic and hands-on executive, Anis has successfully aligned technology initiatives with business objectives, optimizing performance, enhancing system reliability, and achieving full compliance with leading industry standards. His leadership in risk management and service optimization has consistently delivered measurable results in operational efficiency and client trust.

In his current role, Anis also oversees support and platform operations, leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, data integrity, and exceptional customer experience. Kirk  brings specialized experience in the payments industry, where he has developed a deep understanding of how innovative payment solutions drive business profitability and operational efficiency. Kirk excels at building lasting client relationships and identifying strategic opportunities that align cutting-edge payment technology with his clients' unique business objectives.

Known for his consultative approach, Kirk brings a unique perspective to guiding clients through their accounts payable transformation journeys—having worked in AP himself, he understands the daily challenges these teams face and is passionate about making their lives easier. At the same time, his strategic management mindset enables him to demonstrate compelling ROI that satisfies the bottom-line priorities of executive leadership, delivering tailored solutions that address both operational efficiency and long-term financial goals.

When he's not in the office, Kirk channels his love of coaching on the baseball diamond, plays hockey weekly, and enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée, Savannah, and their two dogs, Kane and Teddy.
